I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania. Looking back now, it is absolutely gorgeous. Ten years ago, when I left that small town, it was suffocating. That zip code was filled with dreams that suddenly were no longer possible. I chose to move to a busy, urban lifestyle…where unlike “Cheers”, noone knew my name. It was a fresh start, a new place to where I could find myself again. Soon the fragments of my old dreams were able to be ignited into new aspirations. For the last ten years, I have dedicated my heartbeats and brainwaves to serving others. I am now married, a mother, and a dog adopted me. I live in the suburbs of Orlando, Florida, the fastest place on earth and home of I4. I serve people with children who are without an address or structure to call home. I work hard to try to break the cyclic chain of poverty. I am not only what society considers a social worker, but I am also a Financial Coach, a business partner, a best friend, daughter, sister, and aunt. Technically, I am now a blogger. I hope that you find joy and humor as I serve you some serious topics with a side of wit.
